Tarot readings and coaching services offered by Ritual & Road are intended for personal insight, reflection, and educational purposes only.
This work is designed to support clarity, self-awareness, and intentional decision-making aligned with a client's personal sovereignty. It is not predictive, deterministic, or a substitute for professional advice.
Coaching results are based on individual engagement and commitment to the integration process. Ritual & Road does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not liable for personal decisions made following a consultation.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and interpretations. Any insights offered are meant to support your decision-making, not to replace it.
We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect the evolving nature of our sacred practice. Continued use of Ritual & Road services constitutes your agreement to the most current policies. Any significant shifts in our operational guidelines will be shared directly with active clients via the primary contact email on file.
Refund & Reschedule Policy
- Rescheduling Requirements: We respect the sacred time set aside for our partnership. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all session changes. Sessions moved with less notice may be considered forfeited. One reschedule is permitted.
- Cancellation Conditions: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without contact, are non-refundable.
- Digital Offerings: All digital guides, distance tarot readings provided electronically, and audio meditations are final and non-refundable once delivered.
- Professional Exchange: Coaching services are designed as a collaborative growth process. Once a session has taken place, the fee is non-refundable, reflecting the integrity of the rendered work and the integration process.

I am not a licensed medical, legal, financial, or mental health professional, and I do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice in these areas.
If you require support in any of these domains, you agree to seek guidance from a qualified, licensed provider.
2. Boundaries & Expectations

You must be 18 years of age or older to engage in coaching or receive a tarot reading

I do not conduct third-party readings (i.e., attempting to access another person’s thoughts, feelings, or intentions without their consent)

I reserve the right to decline or terminate a session at any time if a request falls outside ethical boundaries or if behavior is disrespectful or inappropriate

Any abusive or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund

This is a space rooted in mutual respect, honesty, and collaboration.
3. Personal Responsibility & Liability
By booking and participating in a session, you acknowledge and agree that:

Your privacy is paramount; all session details remain strictly confidential except where disclosure is required by law. We maintain high professional standards to ensure that our boundaries always serve your highest transformation and personal safety.
This work may surface insights that feel unexpected, confronting, or emotionally activating. My role is to help you see clearly. I do not to tell you what to do or guarantee specific outcomes.

No artificial intelligence is ever used in sacred ritual, tarot readings, or coaching practices.
